ReNew Akshay Urja Limited (the 'Company') was incorporated in year 2015 as ReNew Akshay Urja Private Limited as 100% subsidiary of ReNew Solar Power Private Limited, which is the wholly owned subsidiary of ReNew Private Limited. The Company is in to a business of generation of solar power and having its 100 MW & 24MWs Solar Power Projects at Veltoor and Sadashivpeth respectively in the State of Maharashtra, which are fully operational and running successfully. The Company got itself converted into a Public Limited Company on 1st November, 2017 from a Private Limited Company. The Companies NCD are listed under the Whole Sale Debt Market Segment of National Stock Exchange.
