Engagement Touchpoints Customer Relationship Management

Our newly launched CRM platform is purpose-built to elevate how we manage customer relationships, integrating three core functionalities designed to boost both efficiency and client satisfaction. In order to offer flexible payment options or digital tools to help our customers manage their expenses we make use of CRM portal which shows all the previous billing details of the customer along with slot-wise generation details from the plant to enable them to manage their consumption better.

Daily Energy Generation
Monitoring

This feature enables stakeholders to monitor daily energy generation with near real-time data and gather necessary insights. This helps them track performance and identify deviations promptly thereby ensuring operational efficiency.

Customer Feedback and Concern Management

This feature enables customers to raise grievances regarding projects as well as provide feedback on project management which allows us to proactively refine our services and prioritise quick and effective resolution of queries and concerns, fostering clear communication and strengthening trust

Invoicing and Billing

This system which is currently under development will provide a clear and up-to-date view of customer’s billing status, making it easier to track invoices, monitor due dates and facilitate timely payments resulting in enhanced transparency and better coordination between customer and business teams. In an effort to provide financial support or bill assistance to customers we provide prompt payment discount to our C&I Consumers ranging from 0.5% to 1% in case they make payment within 5 to 7 days of bill generation date. The same is reflected in our bill that if the consumer pays within the aforesaid specified timeline, prompt payment discount shall be given.
